Charterlink operates a fully bonded modern warehouse with 25000 sq ft of space plus outside storage. Our facility is partly racked, making it ideal for both general cargo and pick and pack services. We are located close to Felixstowe port making us a perfect location for handling cargo from the UK's premier port.
We are experienced in handling both import and export containers, and have specialist unloading equipment allowing us to unpack a wide range of cargo needing specific attention. Our warehouse staff are highly experienced and trained to look after your goods in a professional and considerate way. We also have the ability to react quickly to our customers’ requirements and can devan goods speedily or in a certain way to maximise efficiency.
We are adept in handing Amazon destined goods and are fully conversant with their packing and delivery requirements.
Our warehouse is fully alarmed with 24-hour CCTV recording and high barrier fences to enhance security. We have a busy ERTS facility, which is linked to customs allowing goods to be cleared individually from the containers. Our bond allows customers to clear imported goods only when they are needed for delivery saving on the upfront outlay of customs duties.
