We provide a range of private self storage units. Security is paramount with our 24 hr CC TV security system in place.
Storage units come in a variety of sizes to suit your needs. For easy access, drive up to your storage unit, which is constructed in heavy duty steel to ensure fireproof and clean accommodation with its own unique number.
What Size Unit Is Needed.
Storage containers are available in a variety of sizes. Our friendly staff will help asses which size container you need to store your goods in an efficient and cost effective manner.
Privacy.
Exclusive occupancy means that the risk of loss or damage to your property by other occupants is eliminated. Customers have complete access to visit their storage 7 days a week from 8 am to 8 pm.
Rental Arrangements.
Paper work is kept to an absolute minimum - a simple Licence Document is the only formality required. Our terms and conditions are explained on the licence.
28 days storage charge is payable in advance, together with an equivalent deposit which is refundable when the unit is vacated. Two weeks notice is required from customers before terminating the Licence.
Insurance.
H F Owen Transport and Storage Ltd is not responsible for any loss of or damage to goods whilst in store. All customers are expected to have their property adequately covered by insurance.
Locks and Keys.
All customers are to provide their own locks and keys. Our helpful staff can assist you on which type is best suited.
