We have been established as SKM & Son Haulage Ltd since 2008 when my son joined the company, previously to that we were known as ‘SKM Haulage’ and have been in business since 1996.
SKM & Son Haulage ltd was established in 2008 but have a wealth of experience in the haulage industry spanning over 40 years.
We are a steadily growing business and in our first few years developed a firm customer base largely built on 'word of mouth' recommendations.

I was personally involved for nearly 10 years, in the transport of aircraft parts from the UK to Fokker Aircraft in The Netherlands. In that time we carried everything from aero engines for Rolls Royce, propellers and undercarriages from Dowty Aerospace Industries to ailerons from Shorts Bros in Belfast,
we completed over 100 deliveries every year without a single damage claim a record we are very proud of, until unfortunately the Dollar was to strong and Fokker ceased trading.
We have a modern dealership maintained fleet of trucks and a varied fleet of trailers from flatbed through to box trailers with tail lifts.
We are based in Dagenham in a fully manned security patrolled premises 7 days a week 24hrs a day, the security is on site permanently, not just visiting every hour or so including a full HD CCTV system throughout the area.
