Stalkers Transport Services was established in 1968 by Edward Stalker, the father of managing director Hughie Stalker.
Stalkers Transport understands the pressures that their customers face when companies and organisations continue to examine the way they operate in order to find the most cost effective logistical solutions to meet ever increasing supply chain demands. Living up to its well-established aim of meeting these needs through quality, flexibility, commitment and innovation, Stalkers continues to strengthen and develop its successful range of distribution, storage and groupage services.
The Company’s strong connections in Scotland and North East England makes it a successful Northern Gateway, providing a valuable 24 hour hub for hauliers delivering into these areas, allowing them to minimise empty running.
As a member of the Freight Transport Association and the United Kingdom Warehousing Association, quality has always been key to its successful operation and subsequently, Stalkers Transport Services achieved accreditation from the Quality Guild in 1996.
