A13 Mardyke Viaduct
Overnight repairs and resurfacing on the A13 Mardyke viaduct - which runs between the M25 junction 31 and 30 roundabouts, near Thurrock in Essex – continue this week.
The £1m scheme to repair drainage and to replace the waterproofing on the northbound viaduct involves nightly lane and carriageway closures, both on the viaduct itself and the anti-clockwise exit slip road at junction 30 of the M25.
The viaduct will be closed from the M25 junction 31 roundabout to the junction 30 roundabout each night this week between 10pm and 6am, with road users directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the A1306 and A13. On Friday nights work will start at 11pm. The anti-clockwise exit slip road at junction 30 of the M25 will also be closed during these times, with a fully signed diversion route in place via junction 29.
M25 Junction 6
The clockwise entry slip road will be closed overnight for two nights from Monday 15 October between 10pm and 5.30am for carriageway improvements. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via junction 4.
M25 Junction 15
The clockwise and anti-clockwise link roads to the eastbound M4 will be closed overnight for three nights from Monday 15 October between 10pm and 5am for structure maintenance. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the westbound M4 to junction 5.
M25 Junction 17
The clockwise exit slip road will be closed overnight on Monday 15 October between 10pm and 5am for litter clearance. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via junction 18.
M25 Junction 18
The anti-clockwise entry and exit slip roads will be closed overnight on Friday 19 October between 11pm and 5am for litter clearance. Drivers seeking to use the entry slip road will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via junction 19 and drivers seeking to use the exit slip road will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route to junction 17.
M25 Junction 20
The clockwise exit slip road will be closed overnight on Tuesday 16 October between 10pm and 5am for litter clearance. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via junction 18.
M25 Junction 20
The anti-clockwise entry and exit slip roads will be closed overnight on Wednesday 17 October between 10pm and 5am for litter clearance. Drivers seeking to use the exit slip road will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via junction 18. Drivers seeking to use the entry slip road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via junction 21a.
M25 Junction 23
The anti-clockwise entry and exit slip roads will be closed overnight on Thursday 18 October between 10pm and 5am for litter clearance. Drivers will be directed to follow fully signed diversion routes via the nearest alternative junctions.
M25 Junction 25
The clockwise entry slip road will be closed overnight for two nights from Friday 19 October between 11pm and 5am for tunnel maintenance. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via junction 24.
M25 Junction 25
The anti-clockwise exit slip road will be closed overnight on Friday 19 October between 11pm and 5am for tunnel maintenance. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via junction 24.
M25 Junction 31
The clockwise entry slip road will be closed overnight on Saturday 20 October between 10pm and 5am for structure maintenance. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via junction 30.
M1 Junction 2
The northbound entry slip road will be closed overnight for three nights from Monday 15 October between 10pm and 5am for carriageway repairs. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via A1 and the A41 to M1 junction 4.
M4 Junction 3
The eastbound entry slip road will be closed overnight for two nights from Monday 15 October between 10pm and 5.30am for carriageway repairs. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the A132/A437 and the A4.
M4 Junction 3
The westbound exit slip road will be closed overnight for three nights from Wednesday 17 October between 10pm and 5.30am for carriageway repairs. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via A132/A437 and A4.
M4 Junction 3
Sections of the junction roundabout will be closed overnight for five nights from Monday 15 October between 10.30pm and 5.30am for carriageway repairs. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the A312 to the A4 to M4 junction 4.
A40 Junction 1
The eastbound entry slip road will be closed overnight on Tuesday 16 October between 10pm and 5am for safety barrier repairs. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the A4020 southbound then the B483 northbound.
A3 Wisley interchange
The northbound entry slip road from the Wisely interchange, where the road meets the M25, will be closed overnight on Tuesday 16 October between 10pm and 5am for electrical works. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via Ockham.
