M25 junctions 5 to 6
Work continues this week on an upgrade to the central reservation barrier along the M25 between junctions 5 (Sevenoaks) and 6 (Godstone), ahead of a major improvement project scheduled to start this spring. Narrow lanes and a 50mph speed limit are in place, with a free recovery service operating 24 hours a day. There will be additional lane and slip road closures as required, which will be carried out overnight when traffic flow is lowest.

M25 junctions 23 to 27
Work continues this week on a major upgrade for the M25 on the Hertfordshire/Essex border. Narrow lanes and a 50mph speed limit are in place on both carriageways between junctions 23 and 25, with a free recovery service operating 24 hours a day until spring 2014, when work will move to junctions 25-27. There will be additional lane and slip road closures as required, which will be carried out overnight when traffic flow is lowest.

M25 junction 4
The westbound spur road - from junction 4 to the Hewitts roundabout - will be closed overnight on Monday 8 April between 10pm and 5.30am for resurfacing. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route to Hewitts roundabout via the A21, A25 and A244 from junction 5 for the clockwise carriageway and via the A20 and A224 from junction 3 for the anti-clockwise carriageway.

The southwest section of the junction 4 roundabout - including the anti-clockwise exit slip road - will be closed overnight on Tuesday 9 April between 10pm and 5.30am for resurfacing works. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route to the Hewitts roundabout via the A21, A25 and A244 for the clockwise carriageway and via the A20 and A224 from the anti-clockwise carriageway.

The northwest section of the junction 4 roundabout - including the anti-clockwise entry slip road - will be closed overnight on Wednesday 10 April between 10pm and 5.30am for resurfacing works. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route to junction 5 via the A224, A25 and A21.

M25 junction 17
The clockwise entry slip road will be closed overnight for six nights from Monday 8 April between 10pm and 5.30am for upgrades and improvements. On Friday night work will start at 11pm. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route to junction 18 via the A412 and A404.

M25 junction 20
The clockwise entry slip road will be closed overnight on Tuesday 9 April between 10pm and 5am for carriageway repairs. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route to junction 18.

M25 junction 21
The anti-clockwise M25 link road to the northbound M1 will be closed overnight for five nights from Monday 8 April between 10pm and 5.30am for bridge expansion joint replacement. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the A405 to the M1 junction 6.

M25 junction 23
The clockwise entry slip road will be closed overnight for three nights from Monday 8 April between 10pm and 5am for drainage work. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via junction 22.

M25 junction 24
The clockwise exit slip road will be closed overnight on Wednesday 10 April between 10pm and 5am for varioguard installation. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via junction 25.

M25 junction 25
The clockwise exit slip road will be closed overnight for three nights from Tuesday 9 April between 10pm and 5.30am for carriageway repairs & varioguard installation. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via junction 24.

The anti-clockwise entry slip road will be closed overnight on Thursday 11 April between 10pm and 5.30am for varioguard installation. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via junction 26.

M25 junction 27
The anti-clockwise M25 link road to the northbound M11 will be closed overnight on Friday 12 April between 11pm and 5am for routine maintenance. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the A406 Woodford roundabout.

M1 junction 5
The northbound exit slip road will be closed overnight on Monday 8 April between 10pm and 5am for a structure inspection. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via junction 6.

M1 junction 6
The southbound exit slip road will be closed overnight for three nights from Friday 12 April between 10pm and 5.30am for safety improvements. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the A141 and A405.

M11 Junction 4
The southbound M11 link road to the westbound A406 carriageway will be closed overnight on Monday 8, Tuesday 9 and Thursday 11 April between 10pm and 5am for routine maintenance. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the Redbridge roundabout.

The eastbound A406 link road to the northbound M11 will be closed overnight on Monday 8 and Thursday 11 April between 10pm and 5am for routine maintenance. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the Redbridge roundabout.

The southbound M11 link road to the eastbound A406 will be closed overnight on Wednesday 10 April between 10pm and 5am for routine maintenance. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the Waterworks roundabout.

The westbound A406 link road to the northbound M11 will be closed overnight on Wednesday 10 and Friday 12 April between 10pm and 5am for routine maintenance. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the Waterworks roundabout.

M11 junction 5
The southbound entry slip road will be closed overnight on Tuesday 9 April between 10pm and 5am for routine maintenance. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the Waterworks corner.

A1(M) junctions 4 to 2
The southbound carriageway will be closed overnight on Friday 12 April between 11pm and 5am for tunnel maintenance. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the A1001.

A1(M) junctions 2 to 4
The northbound carriageway will be closed overnight on Saturday 13 April between 10pm and 5am for tunnel maintenance. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via the A1001.

A282 junction 1a
The southbound exit and entry slip roads will be closed overnight on Thursday 11 April between 10pm and 5am for litter clearance. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via junction 1b for the exit slip road and via the A206, B255 and A2 for the entry slip road.

A282 junction 1b
The southbound exit and entry slip roads will be closed overnight on Friday 12 April between 11pm and 5am for litter clearance. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via junction 2 for the exit slip road and via junction 1a for the entry slip road.

A3 Esher
The southbound A3 will be closed between the A244 and A245 junctions overnight for two nights from Monday 8 April between 10pm and 5.30am for structure maintenance. Road users will be directed to follow a fully signed diversion route via local roads.
